Weather
The weather has been less than desireable for the past 2-3 days. Freezing or below yesterday and today and raining the day before. Unless there is a really important reason to go out, you shouldn't leave. The risk of getting into an accident is increased. So you really have to ask yourself, "is it worth it?"
I did go out and check on my clients homes to make sure the heat was on and no pipes were leaking from freezing. All was good and straight back home.
When temps are at freezing levels setting a few of your faucets to a low drip is supposed to all water to move through the pipes and prevent them from freezing and cracking. Its worth the small extra cost of water to prevent a big plumbing bill.
