Price Reduction in Berdoll Farms!!!
The seller just instructed me to reduce the price of their home at 13600 Coomes Dr., Austin, Tx. from $119,000 to $112,000.
Do you think they want to sell it??? Keep in mind that they are not likely to go down further, but the fact that they dropped the price this much is an obvious indication that they want to sell their home.
This place is incredibly clean and has upgrades like pergo type flooring and upgraded carpet.
Have you checked rents for 3/2/1 lately??? I am not sure, but this could be better than renting!
