I've done about 14 sides so far this year and will probably close the year with 16 sides. That means I've been on the buying or selling side 16 times. The Sales $ volume is over 4 million. While that's not a stellar year, it's not too bad considering all the bad news that the US has been hit with this year.
I expect to do more than that for 2009. I am about to move into the Houston market and start working my home of record base.
